Shipping Policy
Hong Kong Delivery (SF Express)
We offer free shipping on all orders over HK$800. Orders below HK$800 are subject to a flat shipping fee of HK$40. Delivery is handled via SF Express.
Estimated dispatch time:
- In stock items — dispatched same day or next business day
- Out of stock items — dispatched within 7–14 business days from order date
Delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via SF Express.
As shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and dimensions, international shipping fees will be calculated individually and confirmed with you after your order is placed.
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram DM to confirm the shipping cost before proceeding.
- Maximum weight: 30kg per parcel
- Maximum size: Total dimensions (L+W+H) not exceeding 150cm
Parcels exceeding these limits may require special arrangement. Please contact us in advance.
